Astral Projection, also known as an out-of-body-experience (OBE), is when you travel out of your body into the
astral (and also earthly) realm. The astral realm is where many people would describe 'heaven'. People who encountered near-death-experiences
may think they saw heaven, but actually saw a glimpse of the astral realm. Astral projection is sometimes involuntary.
